Art that Helps
People Feel Remembered

Whether you've come looking for a thoughtful gift, a little encouragement, or simply a quiet moment, I'm so glad you're here. This is a place where we notice the beauty of everyday life, share kindness, and help one another feel remembered.

I hope you'll find something here to keep for yourself—or to share with someone who could use a little kindness today.

A Garden Path

Springtime view from the kitchen window

The world is full of quiet little gifts.Sometimes they're tucked inside a handwritten note.Sometimes they're blooming beside the path.Sometimes they arrive in the mailbox.Sometimes they perch quietly on a windowsill.Perhaps you'll notice one today.

Happy Mail

One of my favorite things is slipping a handwritten card into the mailbox, wondering whose day it might brighten. That's what I love about a handmade card. It's a little piece of someone's heart that gets to travel.

Little Companions

A sampling of little joy cards I design here at MarySparkleSilver.com.

These little paintings are made to be kept close. Each one is a tiny bit of everyday beauty, a little companion for a windowsill, shelf, desk, or any corner that could use a bit of color and personality.

Meet Mary

Mary of Mary Sparkle Silver at her studio desk

Hello, I'm Mary.I've always believed that the smallest acts of kindness often become the memories we treasure most. For many years, our kitchen table has been covered with paper, paint, glitter, ribbons, and glue. Around that table, Dave and I have created and mailed thousands of handmade cards to family, friends, and neighbors, always hoping each one would let someone know they were remembered.Even as a little girl, I loved making cards for my family from construction paper, crayons, and glue. I'd quietly leave valentines and birthday cards at each person's place around the kitchen table, always hoping my parents and siblings would feel special and remembered.I still create with that same hope today.

Gentle Stories that Help
Young Hearts Grow in Kindness

Because caring for one another begins when we're young. The same heart that inspires my artwork also fills the pages of Molly Jo Daisy. These gentle chapter stories celebrate friendship, curiosity, courage, and the quiet beauty hidden in everyday life.Cherry Forest was inspired by my lifelong love of quiet woods, curious children, and the small adventures waiting just beyond the path.I write these stories for quiet, thoughtful children—and for the grown-ups who still believe the best stories are the ones shared together.

Before You Go...
